Behind the Bean:
Lessandro and Tatiane work together in family farming and chose to follow the tradition of coffee growing, where they are responsible for 15 hectares. Their first lot of specialty was identified in 2022 through the Especialissimo program, developed by Cooxupe and SMC. This was the result of years of effort to focus on producing high-quality beans. Their processing structure is simple but functional, with a paved patio and a mechanical dryer, as well as the necessary equipment for harvesting and post harvesting.
We've added another specialty Brazilian lot to our coffee selection, and it couldn't have arrived at a better time. Perfect for the colder months, this coffee delivers comfort in every cup. Expect a beautifully balanced profile with plenty of sweetness, showcasing notes of caramel, hazelnut, and juicy stone fruits, we specifically picked up peach and apricot.
Our favourite way to enjoy it is with milk. This coffee cuts through milk effortlessly, transforming into a rich and indulgent cup, reminding us of a creamy white chocolate milkshake. Exceptionally smooth, with a velvet-like body and low acidity, this coffee is one to be enjoyed.
