They were then dried with mucilage intact on raised beds in partial shade, hulled and stored for export. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"402\" data-start=\"107\"\u003eThis truly unique Ethiopian coffee boasts an impressive cupping score of 87. True to its origin, it offers beautifully complex flavours that set it apart. When brewed as a filter, distinct notes of litchi and strawberry shine through, layered with delicate floral tones reminiscent of jasmine.
